  • 400 grams of sauerkraut,
  • 200 grams of bacon,
  • 120 millilitres of water,
  • 4 mushrooms,
  • 4 large potatoes,
  • 1 large onion,
  • 3 tablespoons of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence,
  • Salt and pepper to taste,
  • Oil for frying.

Preparation:
