The federal trial against Combs, accused of sex trafficking, racketeering, and solicitation of prostitution, is taking place at the Southern District Court of New York in Manhattan. The woman's identity was not disclosed, but she shouted "Diddy" and used vulgar language before Judge Arun Subramanian ordered her to leave the courtroom.

During the incident, the woman accused those present of "Laughing At a Black Man's Legacy" and shouted provocative remarks at Combs. Despite the disruption, the artist remained calm, sitting silently. The incident caused a slight delay in the testimony of Eddy Garcia, a former security staff member at the InterContinental hotel in Los Angeles.

The founder of Bad Boy Records pleads not guilty to the charges. So far, the trial has attracted media attention due to the testimonies of celebrities such as Cassie Ventura and Kid Cudi and serious allegations of sexual assault.

Sean "P. Diddy" Combs has been accused of a series of serious crimes, including sex trafficking, organised crime, and the transportation of individuals for prostitution. He was arrested on 16th September 2024 in New York and has been held in federal detention at the Metropolitan Detention Centre in Brooklyn since then.

The court has denied him bail three times, considering him a threat to the community and fearing he may influence witnesses.
