Recipe for crab stick salad

Ingredients:

  • 200g crab sticks,
  • 1 tin of corn,
  • 1 red bell pepper,

  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise,
  • 3 tablespoons of natural yoghurt,
  • salt and pepper to taste,
  • a dash of lemon juice,
  • a bunch of chives.

Preparation:

  1. Cut the crab sticks into half-slices, and dice the bell pepper and cucumber into small cubes.
  2. Chop the eggs into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the crab sticks, corn, bell pepper, cucumber, and eggs.
  4. Prepare the sauce by mixing mayonnaise, yoghurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the sauce over the ingredients, mix thoroughly, and sprinkle with chopped chives. Chill in the fridge before serving.
