"Dnipro has once again faced acts of terror against the civilian population. Destroyed homes, educational and cultural facilities. Damaged cars. Ordinary city residents, especially children, are frightened," reported Serhiy Lysak, governor of the Dnipropetrovsk region, on social media.

"A fire of terrifying proportions! The entire horizon of Dnipro is engulfed in flames," reports the Realna Viyna portal on Telegram. They publish a photo of the glow over the city.

The mayor of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, reported that one of the attacks took place near the city council. The full extent of the damage and the number of affected people are being determined.
