Throughout his career, Elton John has released over 30 albums and created hits like "Your Song," "I'm Still Standing," and "Rocket Man." He has often emphasised in interviews that musical achievements are not the most important thing for him.

He considers creating a family his greatest achievement. Together with his husband, David Furnish, he is raising two sons: Zachary and Elijah. Elton John openly admits that fatherhood is his priority.

My legacy is that I was a great husband and an even better father - he revealed on Good Morning America.

This is how Elton John envisions his tombstone

The 77-year-old singer acknowledges the passage of time but continues to seize every day and enjoy life. He does not shy away from discussing difficult topics, including the future and even his own death.

In a chat with journalists from "People" magazine, he addressed a question about his funeral. The popular singer has made a decision regarding the appearance of his tombstone, requesting a specific inscription.

On my gravestone, all I want it to say is, 'He was a great dad,' - Elton John conveyed.

Despite health issues, the singer remains optimistic and continues to focus on his family. His vision for the tombstone symbolically emphasises what is most important in life. As he himself stated:

The most important thing to me in my life is making sure my children are happy, they have a wonderful life and that I was good to them. That's all that counts - the singer added.
