Fire engulfs decommissioned power station in Moscow
Billows of black smoke have been seen over a power station in Moscow. According to media reports, the fire occurred in a decommissioned administrative building, covering about 400 square metres. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
As reported on the Baza channel on Telegram, the area of the fire at the power station in Moscow is approximately 400 square metres.
The fire initially appeared beneath the roof of the building.
As reported, firefighters were allowed onto the premises and began extinguishing the fire.

A similar incident occurred in February. At that time, a large fire broke out in the building of a former power station in Moscow, which now houses a fitness club, skatepark, and dance studio. Two hundred people were evacuated.
Some people escaped by smashing windows, while rescuers evacuated others, reported the independent Russian portal Meduza.
More than sixty firefighters were involved in the rescue operation. Around two hundred people were rescued from the building, with one hundred and twenty leaving alone and eighty assisted by rescuers. The TASS agency reported that four people were taken to hospital.
