Kohlrabi pancakes - recipe

Making kohlrabi pancakes is simple and doesn't require many ingredients. Just a few kohlrabi, onions, garlic, eggs, flour, and spices are enough to create a delicious dish that will delight your palate. Kohlrabi pancakes are perfect for lunch, especially when served with seasonal salads. You could also prepare a sauce with natural yoghurt, dill, and chives, which will give the pancakes a unique and slightly sweet taste.

Ingredients:

            

  • 4 kohlrabis
  • 2 onions
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 4 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • 1 tablespoon of dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

        

  1. First, grate the kohlrabi and onion, then squeeze out the excess water.
  2. Add minced garlic, eggs, thyme, and flour, then mix thoroughly. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Line an air fryer basket or baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Place portions of the batter, forming pancakes.
  5. Bake for about 25 minutes at 190°C.
