Macron, alongside British Prime Minister Keir Starmer, is one of the more active leaders in peace negotiations regarding Ukraine. In response to the declarations of withdrawal of support by Washington, London and Paris announced the formation of the "coalition of the willing."
These countries will ensure adherence to a potential peace agreement between Ukraine and Russia. One of the proposals includes sending troops to Ukraine as part of a peacekeeping mission.
