Piers Morgan slams Meghan's Netflix show as "vanity project"
Piers Morgan, the renowned British journalist, has sharply criticised Meghan Markle's new Netflix programme, labelling it "ultimate kind of vanity project." According to Morgan, the production does not merit viewers' attention.
Piers Morgan made his comments about Meghan Markle's new Netflix series on his programme "Piers Morgan Uncensored." He described it as “unwatchable” and “the ultimate kind of vanity project.” In his view, the programme offers nothing of value, with activities such as making a cup of coffee being trivial.
I tried watching it, and after, honestly, about three, four minutes, I was done. It was just unwatchable. It’s just the ultimate kind of vanity project, where it’s all about people telling Meghan how great she is, her telling everyone how great she is - he stated.

Additionally, Morgan remarked that Meghan and Harry are less liked in the United Kingdom than Prince Andrew. He noted that they also attract little interest in the United States. The journalist highlighted that, despite holding the title of Duchess of Sussex, Meghan rarely visits that county.
Morgan facetiously commented on Meghan's preference to be called "Sussex" rather than "Meghan Markle". He pointed out that despite the title conferred by the Queen, the Duchess is seldom seen in Sussex. The journalist, himself from that region, noted that residents rarely encounter her there.
It’s not even her house. She’s doing things like making coffee, making a basic cake. There’s nothing to actually learn here. And it’s interesting to me that in Britain, they’re incredibly unpopular, her and Harry. I mean the most unpopular Royals, which, when you think we have Prince Andrew (...) And also, she’s not a Sussex. She’s a Windsor. You marry into the Windsor family. They were given this title for ‘Duke and Duchess of Sussex’ by Her Majesty the Queen, the late great Queen - he said.
