Cauliflower often finds its way into soups, is steamed, and is garnished with breadcrumbs. In all these forms, it usually serves as a side dish, but it certainly deserves more attention at the table. When roasted and paired with a creamy cheese sauce, it truly steals the show. And rightly so, because it's a delicious and simple dish cherished by generations.

If you're searching for a method to prepare cauliflower, you've come to just the right place. Instead of cutting it into florets, leave it whole in a baking dish and roast it. Paired with a cheese sauce, it transforms into a delicious snack or warming dinner that will impress the whole family.

It's the ultimate autumn comfort food, sneaking in a substantial serving of vegetables. The sauce alone is so tasty that it's hard to resist sampling from the pot. Together with the cauliflower, it becomes even more delightful.

When it appears on the table, everyone is wide-eyed. It looks stunning, and on top of that, tastes so good that there are often squabbles over the last piece. Fortunately, it's quick to make, so an extra serving can be prepared if needed.
