On the night of 24 to 25 May, Ukraine encountered an intense Russian attack. Russian forces used numerous attack drones and missiles launched from the air and sea. These attacks targeted various Ukrainian regions, causing explosions in several areas.

Where did the missiles come from?

The missiles, which were part of this significant offensive, were launched from the waters of the Caspian and Black Seas.

The attack occurred in regions including Kyiv, Kharkiv, and near the border with Poland. Ihor Terekhov, the mayor of Kharkiv, Ukraine's second-largest city, reported that during the night Russian drones fell on three districts of the city, damaging several buildings. Reports on Telegram also mentioned a Russian attack on Odesa by the Black Sea.

This was the second consecutive night of intense Russian attacks on Kyiv and other Ukrainian cities, despite the ongoing prisoner exchange, with the next phase announced for Sunday.
