"The fact of deliberate, targeted shelling by the Russian army on a Ukrainian medical facility adds to the long list of despicable and cynical crimes committed by the Russians since the beginning of the unprovoked invasion of Ukraine," states the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

He called for a strong international reaction, especially from America and Europe, to the nighttime drone attacks that are becoming more frequent.
"War crimes have no expiration dates. The relevant evidence will be submitted to international criminal justice bodies," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasized in a statement.
