The Chilean disaster prevention and response agency, Senapred, reported that as a result of the storm, two families had to be evacuated from their homes.

Possible arrival of another tornado
Authorities have declared a red alert for Puerto Varas, indicating the possibility of more tornadoes in the region. As a result, all schools in the city are closed on Monday.
