Brownies are a dessert cherished by nearly everyone. After all, who doesn't enjoy chocolate? In this recipe, it's combined with persimmons, transforming into a cake as light as air. This dessert is notable for its simplicity and flavour, making it irresistible.
How to use persimmons?
This is a true superfruit, full of vitamins and minerals. It's rich in vitamins A, C, and E, antioxidants, and fibre, making it a great addition to a healthy diet. Due to its high fibre content, persimmon aids digestion and helps regulate blood sugar levels.
Ripe persimmons have an intense orange colour and soft flesh that resembles jelly or soft butter. The taste of persimmons is distinctive and difficult to compare to other fruits. It's sweet, slightly caramel-like, with a hint of honey.
Brownie with 2 ingredients, no flour, milk, or eggs
Brownies in this version are certainly surprising. Persimmon lovers will detect a subtle hint, but chocolate still predominates, as it should in a brownie.
