US approves Ukrainian strikes on russian soil; Poles supportive
The United States has agreed to Ukraine's use of American weaponry for attacks on targets in Russia. Over 40% of Poles support this decision, according to a SW Research survey for "Rzeczpospolita".

The administration of US President Joe Biden has approved the use of American weapons by Ukraine for attacks on targets in Russia. The decision was conveyed during a telephone conversation between US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin and Ukrainian Minister of Defence Rustem Umerov on 12th November.
A day after the announcement, Ukrainian forces attacked a munitions depot in the Bryansk region, 110 miles from the border with Ukraine. In response, Russian President Vladimir Putin amended the nuclear doctrine, lowering the threshold for the use of nuclear weapons in the event of an attack supported by a nuclear power.
Ukraine can attack Russia: Poles "in favour"
The SW Research survey for "Rzeczpospolita" shows that 40.9% of Poles support the US decision, 21.6% are against it, and 29.4% have no opinion. 8% of respondents were not aware of the decision.
The US decision to support Ukraine in operations on Russian territory has provoked varied reactions on the international stage. In Poland, as the survey shows, opinions are divided, but the majority of respondents view it positively.
