A gourmet twist on mortadella revives nostalgic flavours

In the past, mortadella was often considered a low-quality cold cut typically served as a substitute for a cutlet at dinner. Fans of Italian cuisine, however, appreciate it as a delicious delicacy quite different from ham-like products. This recipe bridges these two worlds, transforming mortadella into a tasty sandwich addition.
