  • 7000 grams (1.5 lbs) of lean beef,
  • 400 grams (14 oz) of sauerkraut,
  • 200 grams (7 oz) of bacon,
  • 125 mL (0.5 cup) of water,
  • 4 mushrooms,
  • 4 large potatoes,
  • 1 large onion,
  • 3 tablespoons of flour,
  • 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika,
  • 1 teaspoon of herbes de Provence,
  • Salt and pepper to taste,
  • Oil for frying.

Preparation:

  1. Chop the onion and sauté it in oil. Add sliced mushrooms and sauerkraut. Cook until the sauerkraut is browned. Season with pepper.
