Popular potato pancakes are excellent on their own, but there's a way to make them even more appetizing and satisfying. You can prepare them a little differently by following a Czech recipe.

What goes best with potato pancakes?

Czech potato pancakes are a perfect lunch, dinner, or snack that will satisfy even the biggest appetite. They can also be served as a side dish to other meals, such as grilled meat. What's their secret ingredient? Finely chopped bacon adds crispiness and aroma. However, that's just one of the toppings that complement the pancakes well. Add vegetables like onions or bell peppers to the potato mixture. Mushrooms are another excellent addition. Many fans enjoy pancakes with horseradish.
