- 1 teaspoon chopped dill
- A pinch of sugar and a bit of lemon juice
Instructions:
- Boil the eggs until hard, cool, peel, and chop them into small cubes.
- Drain the fermented cucumbers and pickled mushrooms from the brine, chopping them into small cubes as well.
- Finely chop the onion.
- Place all ingredients in a bowl, adding mayonnaise, sour cream, a bit of mustard, a pinch of sugar, and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix in the chopped dill.
