Overnight oats are a real lifesaver for those on the go. They're prepared faster than traditional ones, and you can adjust the toppings. They somewhat resemble colourful desserts, making them very appealing to eat. Besides the oats, it's worth adding chia seeds. They will be beneficial for your health.

Oats, chia, and milk. Add fruits and nuts, shake, and the next day, you can quickly grab a ready, filling, and healthy breakfast from the fridge. After such a meal, your stomach will be silent for a long time. You can add natural yogurt to make it creamier. It's a delicious breakfast and dessert all in one.

Oatmeal provides complex carbohydrates, ensuring a long-lasting feeling of fullness. Chia seeds are rich in fibre, protein, omega-3 fatty acids, potassium, magnesium, calcium, and vitamins B and E. They also have gelling properties, pleasantly thickening the overnight oats. This duo is simply perfect. You can experiment with various toppings to create new flavour variations.
