- U.S. District Judge Royce Lamberth ordered the Trump administration to restore $12 million (CAD 16,6 million) in grants that Congress allocated to fund Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty (RFE/RL). Judge Lamberth, appointed by President Ronald Reagan, temporarily lifted a ban imposed by the U.S. Agency for Global Media to disburse funds for April 2025 to RFE/RL pending a resolution of the lawsuit regarding keeping the station on air. The judge ruled that the administration cannot unilaterally withdraw funding approved by Congress.
- Donald Trump held a major rally in Michigan to mark 100 days of his presidency. "We're here tonight in the heartland of our nation to celebrate the most successful first 100 days of any administration in the history of our country, and that's according to many, many people," he claimed. The crowd responded with loud applause. "We're saving the American dream. We're making America great again and it's happening fast," he said.
- Pakistan's Minister of Information warned of an Indian attack. He stated that Pakistan has credible intelligence information on the matter. According to Attaullah Tarar, India plans to carry out a military attack within the next 24 to 36 hours. "Pakistan has credible intelligence," he added.
- During the last night, Kharkiv was attacked by drones. Several explosions occurred throughout the city. Thirty-nine people were injured. The first reports of the shelling of Kharkiv were given by the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov. According to his information, the Solovy, Kyiv, Shevchenkivskyi, and Slobidskyi districts were also attacked.
