Russia has deployed three ships in the Black Sea, all equipped with Kalibr cruise missiles, according to the Ukrainian Navy. The Russian ships observed by Ukrainians are capable of launching up to six missiles in a single salvo.

Ukraine's actions

British intelligence reports that Ukraine is effectively limiting Russia's naval operations in the eastern part of the Black Sea. Ukrainian attacks have led Russia to perceive a threat from Ukraine, weakening the authority of the Russian Black Sea Fleet.

Ukrainian naval forces, alongside other military branches, have managed to reduce Russia's dominance in the Black Sea by utilizing the R-360 Neptun missile system, unmanned kamikaze vessels, and Storm Shadow/SCALP missiles, announced Ukrainian Navy Commander Oleksiy Neizhpapa on Thursday.

"Overall, this is the fruitful work of the entire Ukrainian Defence Forces. The first successful experience was the use of the Neptun missile system. Later, during a joint operation of the Navy and the SBU, we used marine kamikaze drones that entered Sevastopol Bay," said Neizhpapa in an interview with ArmyInform.
