The missiles damaged the engine room, broke windows and doors in administrative buildings, and destroyed vehicles and equipment. "There was not a single military facility, only civilian infrastructure", noted Kuleba. The Deputy Prime Minister reminded the public that during the war, Russia has damaged and destroyed nearly 400 port infrastructure facilities, over 30 ships, and injured 106 civilians.

Kuleba emphasized the importance of reinforcing port infrastructure protection and continuing efforts to ensure free and safe navigation. "We need to strengthen the protection of our port infrastructure. We must continue working to ensure freedom and safety of navigation. Weapons and diplomacy are our tools on the path to peace and justice", emphasized the Deputy Prime Minister.
