Possible arrival of another tornado

Authorities have declared a red alert for Puerto Varas, indicating the possibility of more tornadoes in the region. Consequently, all schools in the city are closed on Monday. Alicia Cebrián López, director of Senapred, appealed to residents to follow official communications and avoid staying near windows and power lines during strong winds.

100 officers from Carabineros and 10 from the Investigative Police are on-site to assess damage and assist those affected. Authorities continue monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of residents.
