The helicopter pilot who crashed over the Hudson River was a veteran of the U.S. Navy. The 36-year-old Sean Johnson moved to New York to continue his aviation career. "I'm just at loss for words. I don't even know what happened," his wife told the Gothamist portal.
On Thursday, a disaster occurred in New York at approximately 3 PM Eastern Time. A helicopter carrying six people crashed into the Hudson River. It was a family of five who had flown from Barcelona to the U.S. to celebrate a child's birthday: Agustin Escobar, his wife Merce Camprubi Montal, and their three children.
