The race for the U.S. presidency is underway. According to forecasts, Donald Trump is currently the favourite. As reported by the Associated Press, the Republican has secured 230 electoral votes, while Kamala Harris has 210 (as of 1:20 AM Eastern Time).

For Elon Musk, the matter is already settled. The Tesla head and X owner, who has spent millions on Trump's election campaign, has already commented on the preliminary exit poll results. He did so briefly but pointedly.

"Game, set and match," wrote Tesla's head on platform X. This term, familiar to tennis players, signifies the end of the match and victory.

The elections in the USA are considered some of the most important in history. Trump, president from 2017 to 2021, aims to return to the White House. To win, the Republican candidate needs at least 270 electoral votes.
