Donald Trump announced that he plans to hold talks with the Russian President, Vladimir Putin, on Tuesday regarding ending the war in Ukraine. He conveyed this information to reporters aboard Air Force One. "A lot of work's been done over the weekend," said the U.S. President, emphasizing the importance of preparing for this conversation.
Trump expressed hope for ending the conflict, though he admitted it is not certain. "We want to see if we can bring that war to an end. Maybe we can, maybe we can't, but I think we have a very good chance," stated the U.S. President.
