On his Truth Social profile, he mentioned that Moscow and Kyiv are close to reaching an agreement on the war in Ukraine. "Most of the key points are agreed upon. Let's stop the bloodshed, now" - added Trump.
The official program of the U.S. President's visit does not include any bilateral meetings. The head of Italian diplomacy, Antonio Tajani, emphasized that the pope's funeral is not a day for political talks.
