During the meeting with journalists at Andrews Air Force Base in Maryland, Trump noted that he plans to talk with various parties, including Ukraine and Russia. However, he did not provide details on these talks.

The President of the United States stated that the administration was engaged in matters concerning Ukraine and Russia. He mentioned that meetings and discussions had been scheduled with various parties, including representatives from both countries and expressed optimism about the progress of these talks.

Supported Musk's actions

The President also addressed Elon Musk's actions. Despite having no formal role, Musk has taken control of several government agencies, including the Treasury Department's payment system. Musk has begun halting what he deems illegal budget disbursements, including foreign aid.

Trump acknowledged that Musk is performing well, though he admitted they would not always agree. However, he agreed with the billionaire’s critique of USAID, an agency Musk has strongly condemned, describing its former leadership as "radically left-wing lunatics."

Trump also announced the suspension of aid to South Africa—Musk's homeland—citing "terrible" actions against white farmers.
