Donald Trump was sworn in on Monday as the 47th President of the United States during a ceremony at the Capitol, officially beginning his presidency.

"I solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States," Trump declared, taking the oath on the Bible alongside Chief Justice John Roberts.

During these official ceremonies, White House staff were busy moving the Trump family in, unloading their furniture and belongings.
