Ingredients:
- A cup of Greek yogurt or skyr,
- 1/2 cup of cottage cheese or quark,
- 1/2 cup of pomegranate seeds,
- A tablespoon of honey or maple syrup,
- 1/4 cup of cashew nuts or almonds,
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract,
- Fresh mint leaves for decoration (optional).
Preparation method:
- In a bowl, mix the yogurt with cottage cheese (or quark), sweetener, and vanilla extract.
- Chop the nuts and almonds.
- Add half of the pomegranate seeds and some of the nuts, and gently combine all the ingredients.
