The rapid pace of modern life often leads us to skip breakfast, a significant oversight. Experts highlight the importance of eating breakfast consistently and at a regular time to support health and daily efficiency.

Breakfast supplies the vital energy our bodies need to function properly throughout the day. Without it, our brain processes information more slowly, affecting concentration, which is crucial at work, in school, or while driving.

Research on the impact of skipping breakfast

Research conducted by the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York revealed that skipping breakfast can negatively impact human health. American researchers found that this habit not only diminishes the body's immunity but also raises the risk of cardiovascular diseases over time.
