Zelensky underlined that Ukraine cannot guarantee the safety of foreign dignitaries during their visit to Moscow due to the ongoing war.
In recent years, China and Russia have strengthened their economic, military, and political ties. The Communist authorities of China have not condemned the Russian invasion of Ukraine. Xi Jinping's visit to Russia is another step in strengthening this partnership.
