In recent days, Russia attacked Kharkiv, resulting in the deaths of two people and approximately 30 injuries. The President expressed condolences to the families of the victims and gratitude to the rescuers and medics for their ongoing efforts on behalf of the citizens.

"Yesterday’s Russian strike on Kharkiv sadly took the lives of two people. My condolences to their families and loved ones. Around 30 people were wounded—all have received the necessary medical assistance. I thank our rescuers and medics who work every day for our people," he added.

What support is Ukraine receiving?

Zelensky stressed the importance of stability and predictability in the support for Ukraine. He expressed gratitude to all countries that provide air defence systems and invest in Ukrainian defence production. "The stability and predictability of support for Ukraine are crucial," he emphasized.

According to last week's agreements, Ukraine and Russia have committed not to target each other's energy facilities. These agreements were reached with the mediation of the United States in Saudi Arabia. The Ukrainian President underscored that international support is crucial for the country's protection against further attacks.
