Elon Musk's child support dilemma: Lawsuit and allegations arise
Elon Musk, a businessman primarily known for running companies like SpaceX and Tesla, recently revealed that he pays approximately £1.9 million in child support annually. Meanwhile, the alleged mother of one of his children has spoken out, claiming she had to sell her Tesla.
Elon Musk, the owner of Tesla, is in the spotlight again. This time it concerns comments from the mother of one of his children, who has accused him of reducing child support. The woman claims that Musk has decreased financial support by 60 per cent, as reported by Western media.
Ashley St. Clair, who sold her Tesla in protest, accuses Musk of refusing to pay full child support. The billionaire responded that he has already given her approximately £1.9 million and committed to further payments of £387,000 annually, according to "Bild".
Moreover, Musk admitted he is unsure if he is the child's father, but he is willing to find out. St. Clair claims that Musk avoided the paternity test, even though he named the child.
St. Clair has filed a lawsuit for exclusive custody of the child. She asserts she had intimate contact with Musk twice in the Caribbean, which led to the child's birth in September.
Musk and his numerous offspring
Musk is the father of 14 children with different partners, including Canadian author Justine Wilson and singer Grimes. His private life often attracts media attention.
Recently, Vivian Jenna Wilson, Elon Musk's transgender daughter from his first marriage to Justine Wilson, in a recent interview with "Teen Vogue," described her father as a "pathetic man-child." When asked if she is scared of him, she responded sarcastically:
He's a pathetic man-child. Why would I feel scared of him? Ohhh, he has so much power. Nah, nah, nah. ... Why should I be scared of this man? Because he's rich? Oh, no, I'm trembling. Ooh, shivering in my boots here.
