Many of the reports conveyed by Russian media and representatives of the authorities are likely not true. Such reports may be part of an information war by the Russian Federation.

Dmitry Medvedev spoke through Telegram. The former President of Russia referred to the Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in Istanbul. - The Istanbul talks are not for striking a compromise peace on someone else's delusional terms but for ensuring our swift victory and the complete destruction of the neo-Nazi regime - asserts the politician.

And he argues that the Russian army is moving forward and "will continue to advance." According to him, "everything that needs to be blown up will be blown up."

To all those who are worried and waiting for retribution. It is necessary to worry – this is a property of a normal person. Retribution is inevitable - wrote the former President of Russia on Telegram.

The announcement of retaliation may be related to the "Spiderweb" operation that Ukraine conducted on 1st June. By Tuesday, Russian forces attacked the centre of Sumy, in the northeast of Ukraine. As a result of the attack, at least two people were killed, and about 20 were injured.

Ukraine attacked Russia. destroyed aircraft

A few days ago, Ukraine conducted the "Spiderweb" operation, which targeted Russian strategic aviation. The attack on airfields deep within Russia, prepared over a year and a half, turned out to be one of the most significant successes.

FPV drones were smuggled into Russian territory in lorries and then hidden in special containers.

The airfields in Belyaya, Olenya, Dyagilevo, and Ivanovo were attacked. Ukraine managed to destroy over 40 Russian aircraft, including Tu-95 and Tu-22M3 bombers. Russian air defence systems were unable to respond in time.
