In response to Russia's rejection of the ceasefire proposal, Ukraine has taken defensive actions. Ukrainian diplomat Andriy Sybiha emphasised that Russia is the only obstacle on the path to peace. Last night, Ukrainian air defence forces shot down 24 Russian drones in the north, south, east, and centre of the country. Despite the US ceasefire proposal, Russia continues its military actions. Sybiha noted that Russia rejected the peace proposal, setting its own conditions and demands. - "This is typical of Russia: lying, manipulation, and continuing terror" - Sybiha wrote in a statement on platform X.
