Dark revelations: Diddy faces grave allegations of abuse
Sean 'Diddy' Combs is facing serious allegations of sexual violence and human trafficking. More disturbing stories from the rapper's past are emerging, presented in a new documentary series.
Sean "Diddy" Combs, a well-known rapper, is confronted with numerous and increasing charges of sexual abuse and human trafficking. These accusations include incidents at his "white parties," where victims were allegedly drugged and coerced into sexual acts. Various accusers, including both men and women, have provided compelling accounts suggesting long-standing and complex abuses. The series "The Dark Life of P. Diddy" debuted on the Max platform, uncovering details of the rapper's disturbing past.
Dark secrets from Diddy's past
The documentary series highlights an incident from 2010, when Combs attacked his then-partner, Cassie. According to reports, the singer suffered injuries but was too afraid to report the matter to the police. Combs admitted to the attack on his former partner, describing his actions as "unforgivable." Cassie's lawsuit was settled swiftly, yet it sparked a wave of further allegations and a federal investigation into human trafficking.
The creators of the series also disclose other cases of violence by the rapper, extending back to the 1980s. The documentary includes allegations of violence against women at Howard University. Witnesses claim Combs assaulted a woman with a belt despite protests from others. The rapper left the university in 1989, facing no consequences for his actions.
Human trafficking allegations and shocking confessions from a victim
The series recounts that Diddy was accused in a 14-page indictment of human trafficking, forced prostitution, and sexual violence. Combs reportedly organised so-called "freak-offs," during which he drugged women and men to exploit them. Thousands of bottles of baby oil, reportedly used during these events, were found in his home.
One storyline focuses on April Lampros, who met Combs in 1994 and accused him of sexual assault. She claims that he forced her to use drugs and engage in sexual acts with his former partner. She recounted an assault in a hotel in 1995, as well as incidents where she was coerced into sexual acts in a garage. According to her account, Combs threatened her with job loss if she did not meet his demands. Her lawsuit is just one among many allegations against the musician.
