Drone assault on Kharkiv leaves 39 injured overnight
Last night, Kharkiv was attacked by drones. There were several explosions throughout the city, and 39 people were injured.
The first information about the shelling of Kharkiv was provided by the city's mayor, Igor Terekhov. According to his report, the Saltykovsky, Kyivsky, Shevchenkivsky, and Slobidsky districts were also attacked.
In the night attack, Kharkiv suffered the most. The Russians struck with Geran-2 drones, reported Spartak Borysenko from the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office. He informed that residential buildings, private homes, civilian vehicles, businesses, and two city hospitals were damaged.
After midnight, local authorities stated that the number of injured in the attack was 39. Among them are civilians, including children and pregnant women.

Firefighters are still battling the fires that broke out after the explosions. Rescuers are also on site, providing medical assistance.
