Marbella is a city on the Spanish Costa del Sol coast, one of the sunniest and warmest regions in Europe. This year, it was ranked number one for European holidays in the European Best Destinations ranking. Marbella has appealed not only to tourists but also to well-known celebrities and athletes.
Haaland bought property in Marbella
Norwegian Manchester City footballer Erling Haaland, known for his love of luxurious products from Italian fashion designers, this time acquired a luxurious property finished by the Fendi fashion house in Marbella. The cost of purchasing the lavish property is staggering. According to information from the Norwegian TV channel TV2, houses in this complex cost between 2.5 to 7 million euros. This means that Haaland, investing in the largest available, must have paid the highest price, which is about 7 million euros.
The property is located in a newly built 70-apartment estate. The footballer's villa has a surface area of approximately 3,230 square feet.
Haaland's purchase confirms the notion that he likes to invest in real estate. This is the second property he has bought in this part of Spain. Two years ago, he acquired a villa with a sea view covering an area of 10,560 square feet. Last year, he bought an apartment in the centre of Oslo for 3.5 million euros.
According to Norwegian media, the 24-year-old Haaland does not significantly burden his wealth by investing in more real estate. In September, according to calculations by the Norwegian financial magazine Kapital, the footballer's wealth was 200 million euros.
