Israeli airstrikes destroy Hezbollah rocket depot near Beirut airport

The Israeli army has destroyed a Hezbollah rocket warehouse situated right next to Beirut's international airport in Lebanon. Two consecutive explosions, which are visible in the recording, were the result.
In the early hours of Tuesday morning, the Israeli army launched a "limited military operation" in Lebanon under the codename "Northern Arrows". Israeli forces crossed the border into southern Lebanon to carry out air raids on Hezbollah.
The target of the Israeli army is Hezbollah bases in the border area of southern Lebanon. The justification for the attack is that these locations pose a "direct threat" to Israeli communities.

The Israeli army released a video of the attack on the Hezbollah rocket storage located approximately 1.6 kilometres from the international airport in Beirut. A kindergarten and an elementary school were also reportedly operating nearby.
The video shows explosions occurring in the surface-to-air rocket warehouse. "This infrastructure poses a threat to both the Lebanese and international airspace," commented the Israeli army.
"A surface-to-air missile launcher storage facility that Hezbollah had positioned approx. 1.5 km from Beirut’s international airport was dismantled in a precise IDF strike," reports a social media post.
The Israel Defence Forces declared that similar actions would continue to be conducted. The goal is to weaken Hezbollah's military potential in Lebanon.
