Another blow for Ellie Goulding in 2024 was selling her London townhouse in the Mayfair area at a significant loss. The five-story building with four bedrooms was initially bought for approximately €3.73 million. It was valued at about €7.23 million when she decided to sell it, but Goulding had to start lowering the price, especially after her separation. The buyer eventually paid €3.13 million, so the star lost a fortune.
However, the unfortunate year ends on a positive note for the singer. She shared with fans that she's working on a new album. She decided to channel her experiences into new music, drawing inspiration from her life. The album is set to be released in 2025.
