The extent of the losses is still challenging to estimate, but social media contains more accounts of celebrities who have lost their assets. According to American media, the fire also threatened the property that once belonged to the late Matthew Perry in 2023.

The house in Pacific Palisades, where Matthew Perry passed away in 2023, is threatened by the fire ravaging Los Angeles. The property was sold three months ago for $8.55 million to developer Anita Verma-Lallian.

According to the "Daily Mail", Perry's house is in a danger zone. Anita Verma-Lallian confirmed on Instagram that her family is safe, but she did not provide an update on the property's condition. The fire, driven by strong winds, is one of three currently devastating California.

The fire in Pacific Palisades began on Tuesday and is reportedly the most dangerous in the region's history. Other fires have erupted in Eaton Canyon and the San Fernando Valley. Firefighters have been unable to control the blaze, which has destroyed 10,000 hectares and claimed two lives.
