Real Madrid beat Atalanta 2-0 and won the UEFA Super Cup. On Wednesday evening, Kylian Mbappe made his debut in the colours of Los Blancos, and after the match, he posted a significant entry on social media.

Kylian Mbappe became the hero of one of the most significant transfers in recent years. The French striker, who defended the colours of Paris Saint-Germain for the past six seasons, is now a player for Real Madrid.

His debut took place on Wednesday in the UEFA Super Cup match, which was held at the PGE National Stadium in Warsaw.

The new star of Real Madrid put the finishing touch, contributing to the 2-0 victory over Atalanta Bergamo in the UEFA Super Cup. In a post-match interview, he admitted that he would remember this moment for a long time.

We’re Real Madrid—we have no limits. If it’s 50, then 50. The most important thing is winning and improving as a team. That’s how we’ll succeed. When you play for Madrid, you have no limits," he emphasised.

After the match, the player also spoke on social media. "First title with the best club in the world!!!! We're going for more!!!! Hala Madrid" wrote Mbappe. His post was liked by over 5 million people.

Mbappe transfer not for the money

The 25-year-old player signed a contract with the Royals until 2029, ranking third in the list of the highest-paid players in the Spanish La Liga, with gross earnings of around 31,5 million euros per year.

The world champion is already settling in Spain. He bought a luxurious residence in La Finca, located 8 miles from the centre of Madrid. Interestingly, the previous owner of this property was another Real star, Gareth Bale.
