Ingredients:

  • 400g of roasted pork loin or other meat, such as neck,
  • 1 hot chili pepper (optional),
  • 1 sweet bell pepper (red, yellow, or green),
  • 100g of fresh spinach or rocket,
  • 100g of cherry tomatoes,
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce,
  • 2 teaspoons of balsamic vinegar,
  • 2 teaspoons of honey,
  • 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil,
  • salt, pepper to taste.

Instructions:

1. Slice the roasted pork loin into thin slices, then into narrow strips, to mix better with the other ingredients. Wash the chili pepper, remove the seeds, and chop finely – this balances the spiciness. Clean the sweet bell pepper of seeds and slice thinly. Halve the cherry tomatoes, and rinse and thoroughly dry the spinach or rocket.

2. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, and olive oil. Season the mixture with a pinch of salt and pepper, adjusting the taste to your preference. The dressing should be slightly sweet with a hint of acidity.

3. Place the sliced meat and vegetables in a large bowl. Pour the prepared dressing over the mixture and mix gently to ensure that all the ingredients are evenly coated.

4. If you want the salad to be even more filling, you can add garlic croutons or pieces of fresh country bread. Another option is to wrap it in a tortilla – this way, you'll get a tasty and convenient snack to hold.
