  • One-third of a head of white cabbage (or a mix of white and red cabbage)
  • Half a red pepper
  • Half a yellow pepper

  • Two cucumbers

  • One red onion
  • Half a bunch of dill
  • Three tablespoons of mayonnaise
  • Three tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
  • One tablespoon of vinegar
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation:

          
  1. Shred the cabbage, sprinkle it with salt, and add the vinegar.
  2. Chop the vegetables and add them to the cabbage.
  3. Add the dill, mayonnaise, yoghurt, and spices.
  4. Mix thoroughly and chill in the fridge.
