Trump criticises Putin after deadly Russian assault on Ukraine
Donald Trump spoke out following recent Russian attacks on Ukraine. The U.S. President stated that "he's not happy" and "doesn't know what happened to Putin." From Saturday evening to Sunday, Russia carried out one of the largest attacks since the start of the full-scale invasion, resulting in 12 deaths, including three children.

Donald Trump expressed his dissatisfaction with Vladimir Putin's actions, emphasising that "he's not happy with what Putin is doing."
- I’ve always had a very good relationship with Vladimir Putin of Russia, but something has happened to him. He has gone absolutely CRAZY! He is needlessly killing a lot of people, and I’m not just talking about soldiers - emphasised the former U.S. President.
Trump added that he is considering imposing new sanctions against Russia.
In a post on the Truth Social platform, he also stated that Putin "has gone absolutely crazy" and conveyed: "I’ve always said that he wants ALL of Ukraine, not just a piece of it, and maybe that’s proving to be right, but if he does, it will lead to the downfall of Russia".
Appeal to the U.S. authorities
Kira Rudik, a Ukrainian parliamentarian, called on the United States to move from words to actions. - Ukraine has done everything by the book, whatever President Trump wanted from us or demands from us, we have completed. We have signed the very rare minerals deal, we had agreed to a ceasefire - when there was an offer to go to Turkey to a negotiation, President Zelenskyy has done it, - the politician listed.
Rudik emphasised that Ukraine needs greater military support and additional sanctions against Russia.
Another difficult night
Also, from Sunday evening to Monday, Ukraine warns citizens of further drone attacks, and air raid alarms were announced in many regions of the country, including the regions of Sumy, Kyiv, Dnipro, and Kharkiv.
Oleg Synegubov, a local governor of Kharkiv, wrote on Telegram: "The enemy does not cease fire. The Armed Forces of Ukraine are operating in the sky and on the ground".
Are China supporting Russian military factories?
Oleh Iwashchenko, head of Ukrainian foreign intelligence, reported that China is supplying Russian military factories with tools, chemicals, gunpowder, and components.
Meanwhile, German Defence Minister Carsten Breuer has ordered full equipping of the German army by 2029 to prepare for a potential threat from Russia.
