As President Volodymyr Zelensky reported after the talks, Ukraine presented three key demands: a suspension of missile strikes, bombings, and the use of long-range drones, a halt to military activities in the Black Sea, and concrete confidence-building steps, including the release of Ukrainian prisoners and the return of children taken to Russia.

The USA declared that they would restore aid and intelligence-sharing with Ukraine, after both were severed due to tensions between Volodymyr Zelensky and Donald Trump.
