Vegetarian dishes can surprise you with their unique taste, impressing not only plant lovers. This is the case with this bean patty burger, where every bite makes you want more. The secret to this recipe lies in the perfectly selected proportions of the ingredients and the astonishingly delicious bean patties.

Anyone claiming that vegetarian burgers are bland and tasteless has not tried these patties. When they appear on the table, even the most ardent meat enthusiasts, who usually prefer beef, eagerly reach for them. The heart of this recipe is the delicious bean patty. It’s worth having this recipe, not just when vegetarian guests drop by.

Bean patty

Red beans are a great meat substitute for homemade burgers. They are an excellent source of plant protein, which is essential for the proper functioning of the body. Interestingly, they contain more protein than meat. They also do not contain saturated fatty acids responsible for developing heart diseases and atherosclerosis.

They have a low glycemic index and plenty of vitamins and nutrients, such as iron, magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, zinc, B vitamins, and folic acid. You can make many delicious dishes from beans, not just patties. They work perfectly in soups, stews, salads, pâtés, and hummus, and a bean patty is an excellent replacement for a beef burger.
