Beef slips with pickles: A gourmet twist on tradition
Beef slips are undoubtedly a classic dish. We usually make them with pork, but sometimes we want to indulge and prepare something different. Beef slips with pickles and bacon are perfect for such occasions.
Occasionally, I enjoy being adventurous in the kitchen and making something even restaurant chefs would admire. I usually serve these sophisticated dishes during Sunday dinners when the whole family gathers. Recently, I prepared beef slips with pickles and bacon. I probably don't need to tell you that they disappeared from the platter in no time! The combination of tender beef with the extras and mushroom sauce is memorable. These beef slips differ in taste from the classic pork version. In my opinion, they are more delicate.
